I am a BACP Accredited Person-Centred Therapist based in Hythe in Kent and within easy reach of Folkestone, Ashford and Dover. I have a wealth of experience working with adults, young people and children. I aim to provide a safe space to explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs and the ways in which you relate to others.

I have experience in helping clients with many issues including:-

• Low mood and depression

• Life changes and new direction

• Parenting

• Bereavement and loss

• Trauma and PTSD

Children sometimes find it difficult to express their difficulties through words alone, so I often use art and play to help them access their emotions and experiences….
